Open all year round. The tennis courts are open April to May and October 8am-6pm, June to September 8am-8pm, and November to March 8am-4pm. The Splash Park is open 10am-6pm.

The units include 3 different weighted kettlebells, various heights of resistance straps for a varied workout and core twist posts with pull-up bars.
The surface is marked to provide multiple workouts and includes 3 steps.
Interactive Activity
The interactive dancefloor tracks your movements and tests your dance skills using a motion camera. Select from one of five games, young and old can get the party started or challenge their friends to a dance competition.
Since it opened at the beginning of December 2015, it has on average been used more than 2 hours every day.
Splash Park
The splash zone in Meadow Park will include 23 in-ground jets from arching features to crawl under to large columns of water to run or jump through. There is also a Hula Spray, which forms a circular water jail, and a number of Hydro Blast’s including a fountain like spray in the centre which reaches 3.5m high – are you brave enough!

Interactive Activity
This is an exciting interactive sports wall with 16 LED impact sensitive panels and LED lights aimed to stimulate all ages to get – and stay – outdoors while containing the excitement, competition and body-eye co-ordination of gaming. Choose from one of five games from team games, target practice or measure the speed of your shot!
This was the first to be installed in the whole country...and still the best!!!

Meadow
This area of the park was used as the compound during the construction of the Football Club’s artificial pitch and was then left to regenerate naturally. Interesting grass species emerged and the Four Parks Friend’s Group requested that the area remains wildflower meadow in the future due to the wildlife benefits it offers
Open to the public since 1929, this park is popular for sport and has a range of facilities including two exciting and inclusive childrens play areas, tennis courts, multi-sports court and kickaround area, basketball court, interactive play, a teen shelter, football pitches, open grassland and a wildflower meadow. Exciting news - the brand new splash park is open everyday 10am to 6pm - just push the button to set the water off!!

The outdoor gym includes Kettlebells, resistance straps and core training.

A greenway was created in the park in 2018 linking the park facilities from the toddler play area to the Edulf Road entrance.
